The presentation runs about 45 seconds end-to-end. Here's what's happening in each frame, and which part of the app each chapter represents — so you know what to look for when you try the console yourself.
The opening line — "every second counts" — sets the scene. By the time the brand mark glows in, you should already know what kind of product this is. No corporate posturing, no hero shots of laptops. Just intent.
Songs, Hymns, Scripture, Media — all in one tabbed panel on the left of the operator console. The animated cursor finds a song; the row highlights blue. Notice the metadata: key, CCLI, slide count. The library is the first place you click on Sunday mornings.
Book selector, chapter selector, translation chips — all in one bar. A cursor clicks verse 16; the verse pulses gold. That click would have queued it into the schedule, or sent it straight to Live with a double-click. Notice all five translations are available without leaving the panel.
Four rows: Songs, Hymns, Scripture, Media. A card lifts and drifts across the row — that's the drag-to-reorder gesture. The card with the red "LIVE" badge is what the congregation is currently seeing. You can build a 90-minute service in about three minutes.
Preview on the left (private to you). Live on the right (what the projector shows). The middle column has Prev / Go / Next. The Space key flashes — that's the muscle-memory shortcut every operator learns first. "Promote preview to live, then go."
This is the dedicated projector window — a separate browser window you drag to the sanctuary display. Press F and it's fullscreen. Press B and it blacks out without losing state. Pure black background, gold verse numbers, 220ms cross-fades, eighteen motion-background presets to choose from.
The worship leader pulls out their phone. Scans the QR (or types a 6-digit code). The operator approves the device. Now the leader controls GO, prev, next, blackout, countdown, and the music mini-player — without ever turning to the tech booth. Trystero peer-to-peer signaling means it works even on hostile church Wi-Fi.
The closing card is the only line we're loud about: every minute the operator saves is a minute the congregation gets back. The console is one click away. There is no "schedule a demo" funnel. You can try the console in another tab right now.
Most product videos for worship tools play over a Hillsong instrumental and a voiceover saying "introducing..." We don't. The Play & Worship presentation is silent on purpose, for three reasons:
You can play this in a board meeting, on a phone in church, or in a green room with the audio muted. It still tells the whole story.
If the UI can't carry the message without a guitar swell, the UI isn't done. So we let the UI carry it.
Worship operators read interfaces fast. We don't slow them down with narration explaining what their eyes already see.
